About Perjin

With a Bachelor’s degree in Policing and further studies in International Politics, I began my career driven by a deep interest in leadership, justice, and human behavior. Through this journey, I realized the critical importance of mental and emotional health among leaders and decision-makers — those who carry responsibility for shaping societies. This insight inspired my transition from law enforcement to the field of Transformational Coaching, where inner awareness becomes the foundation for sustainable change.

With over 20 years of international professional experience across Norway, Spain, and Kurdistan, I bring together the best of Western methodology and Eastern wisdom — empowering leaders, professionals, and communities to create inner and outer change.

My approach combines Western psychological methodologies with Eastern wisdom traditions, creating a unique framework for personal and professional transformation that I’ve refined through years of practice.

I believe that true leadership emerges from inner work, and that sustainable change happens when we align our inner world with our outer actions.

Fluent in English, Norwegian, Arabic, and Kurdish, I coach clients across cultures, bridging languages, perspectives, and human experiences.
